Check-in was seamless, and the safety provided throughout my stay was exceptional. The amenities, especially the outdoor pool and well-equipped gym, made for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, retrieving forgotten items post-checkout is problematic, requiring a long wait and often resulting in lost belongings. Moreover, customer service response times can be frustrating when urgent issues arise.

It was just a smart choice for a quick break in Reno with great value. The self check-in was super easy, making arrival a breeze. If you need a power outlet, remember to bring a power strip for convenience.

My stay at this well-furnished facility was fantastic as it allowed me to easily stroll to the beautiful Virginia Lake, just over 2 km away, and indulge in the arts at the Nevada Museum of Art, which is almost 2.5 km from the hotel. perfect for a weekend getaway exploring the city's landmarks and green spaces.
